Open Montessori is a non-profit organization founded in 2020 to share and extend the pioneering scholarship of Dr. Maria Montessori. We document successful learning materials and methods, design new tools for understanding emerging fields, and publish digital resources freely online in support of hands-on learning initiatives around the world.
Every year we partner with New School Montessori in Lancaster, PA and put on a unique week long workshop for the school. Subjects we have explored include Authorship & AI, Virtual Reality, Databases & Collections, and E-Commerce. You can explore our past workshops here: https://www.youtube.com/@openmontessori
